Katarzyna Knap has been an attorney at law since 2015. Previously, she completed her postgraduate training for an attorney at law at the Regional Chamber of Attorneys at Law in Wroclaw. In 2009, she earned her master's degree in Law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw. She cooperated with Wiewiorski Legal from 2013 to 2015 and then returned at the beginning of 2019.
Specialty and professional interests
Katarzyna Knap specialises in individual and collective labour law. She provides day-to-day advisory services to HR departments at large international companies, drafts employers' internal documents (bylaws, policies), contracts of employment, other agreements with employees, and documents terminating employment. In her work, Katarzyna Knap also handles matters relating to the company social benefits fund.
The projects Katarzyna Knap has participated in include:
- drawing up and amending numerous work and remuneration bylaws for the Clients of Wiewiorski Legal;
- implementing telework and remote work solutions at IT and SSC/BPO entities;
- drafting the Company Social Benefits Fund Bylaws for a Client from the IT sector employing over 1200 people in several locations in Poland;
- litigation relating to labour law (in particular regarding employees' claims).
Katarzyna Knap also provides legal assistance in the English language.
