Karolina specialises in cases relating to commercial and business law. She assists in the provision of day-to-day services to clients by drafting corporate documents, rules and regulations, resolutions, internal policies, procedures, and legal opinions. In addition, she is involved in registration proceedings conducted before the National Court Register (KRS) and in setting up new business entities, primarily companies.
She gained her professional experience in a law firm specialising in civil and business law. For over two years, she has been with Wiewiórski Legal, where she works in the corporate department.
Karolina is a second-year trainee attorney at law at the District Chamber of Attorneys at Law in Wroclaw and a law graduate from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw. She has an advanced command of English and French.
In her spare time, she learns to play the piano and likes to ski. Her interests also include literature and painting.
