Joanna has been providing advice to business clients since 1998 and specialises in immigration law. She advises clients on matters relating to the legalisation of work and residence of foreign nationals in Poland. She acts for employers and foreigners in proceedings before public administration bodies and courts in cases that concern obtaining work permits and residence permits in Poland. Her services also include analysing the legality of employment of foreign nationals by employers.
In addition, she has dealt with matters relating to employment law, including occupational diseases and accidents at work, providing legal aid to clients at both the pre-litigation and litigation stage of dispute resolution.
In the course of many years of cooperation with Wiewiórski Legal, she has worked with clients in a range of sectors, including automotive, household appliances, aviation, banking and finance, and logistics sector and retail chains.
Joanna is a Law graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wroclaw. She also earned a master’s degree in Management from the University of Wroclaw. She completed her postgraduate training for an attorney at law at the Regional Chamber of Attorneys at Law in Wroclaw. She is fluent in English.
In her spare time, she likes to travel. She also enjoys skiing in winter and working in her garden in the other seasons of the year.
