Anna specialises in individual and collective employment law. She advises clients on matters relating to employees, in particular employee monitoring, employment law compliance, working time, organisation of work, forms of employment, maintenance of personal files, establishment and termination of employment, and the drafting and reviewing of employers’ internal regulations. She also delivers training courses on employment law for HR departments, managers and employees. 

Anna acts for employers in workplace disputes and proceedings before the State Labour Inspectorate. She drafts and reviews contracts of employment, non-compete agreements and other agreements with employees. She also reviews HR-related commercial contracts

In addition, she works on problems connected with social security, including social insurance for mobile workers. Her areas of interest also include remote working, cross-border work and flexible forms of employment. 

In the course of her professional practice, she has provided services to large entities from a range of sectors, including the manufacturing, automotive, IT, food, and BPO/SSC sector. She also provides legal assistance in English.

Anna has been named in the Legal 500 ranking as a pre-eminent lawyer in the field of employment law. 

She has been an attorney at law since 2019. She completed her postgraduate training for an attorney at law at the Regional Chamber of Attorneys at Law in Wroclaw, having graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw. She has been providing legal advice to businesses as an external advisor for nine years. Since 2021, she has been working at Wiewiórski Legal.
