Alex specialises in cases relating to real estate and finance law. He provides advice to Polish and foreign investors in relation to funding and carrying out investment projects in Poland, with a particular focus on real estate transactions and construction projects. He drafts, reviews and negotiates contracts in Polish and English, and acts for investors in the process of their performance before administrative bodies and other institutions.
Alex is responsible for the provision of legal services relating to commercial lease, and in particular the lease of office, production and warehouse facilities. He drafts, reviews and negotiates lease agreements, acting for both tenants and landlords. He assists clients from the conclusion of a lease agreement, to its performance, to its renegotiation and termination.
While working at Wiewiórski Legal, he has acted for clients operating in a range of sectors, including the automotive, food production, HVAC, chemical industry, transport and logistics sector.
He earned a master’s degree in Law from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw and was ranked as first among the graduates in his year. In the course of his studies, Alex won the National Rhetoric Competition, for which he received a distinction from the Rector of the University of Wroclaw. In January 2025, after graduating from the Doctoral School of the University of Wroclaw, he received the degree of Doctor of Laws, having chosen the theoretical foundations of the creation and application of financial law as the focus of his research interest.
In his spare time, he likes to ride a motorcycle, practice strength sports and play darts.
