Agnieszka specialises in cases relating to International mobility/immigration law. She advises Polish employers on the employment of foreign nationals in Poland and the secondment of employees abroad. She provides advice to clients with regard to the relocation of employees and their family members to Poland, and also handles the proceedings before public administration bodies to obtain appropriate Polish work and residence permits for employers and their foreign employees.
Her area of responsibility also includes contacts with foreigners, public authorities, and diplomatic and consular offices. In addition, she delivers training courses for HR departments on the employment of foreign nationals. She conducts audits of the legality of employment of foreigners at clients’ organisations. Providing services in English is a part of her daily work.
Agnieszka also participates in rendering day-to-day advisory services in the area of individual and collective employment law, and is particularly involved in drawing up collective employment law documents such as work rules, remuneration rules, and the Company Social Benefits Fund rules.
During her ten years with Wiewiórski Legal, she has worked with clients in a range of sectors, including the automotive, aviation, and banking sector, retail chains and modern legal service centres.
She is a Law graduate from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw. She also studied Image Communication at the Institute of Journalism and Social Communication at the University of Wroclaw. She completed her postgraduate training for an attorney at law at the Regional Chamber of Attorneys at Law in Wroclaw.
In her spare time, she practises salsa and Zumba and enjoys hiking in the mountains.
