What we do
It is worth investing in relations with employee representatives in order to ensure that processes at the workplace are carried out smoothly and efficiently. If there is no employee representation at the client’s organisation, we advise on how to prepare for its establishment and what rights various forms of representation have.
We help develop a strategy for dealing with trade unions – we are happy to assist in concluding agreements that form the basis for good cooperation with the unions, but we also do not hesitate to enter into disputes with trade unions if necessary. We support clients in drafting and negotiating collective bargaining agreements and other collective agreements.
In addition, we give advice on matters that require the consent of, or consultation with, employee representatives: during the process of collective redundancies, transfers of employees and in matters concerning the company’s social benefits fund. We also advise on collective disputes. We represent clients in litigation involving trade union representatives.
We provide training for our clients on the rights and obligations of trade unions to ensure good cooperation and protection of the employer’s interests.
