Our many years of experience and successes in complex, high-value litigation allow us to skilfully navigate the intricacies of disputes. Among other things, we specialise in disputes with an international component.

What we do

We assist clients in developing the best strategy for attack or defence. We tell them frankly when a case is not suitable for litigation and the probability of losing is high. In such an event, we suggest alternative solutions. We help them decide whether it is worth engaging in litigation against a bad debtor and assess the chances of enforcing a judgement.

Together with the client, we analyse the available evidence to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the case. We assist at the pre-litigation stage by drafting appropriate demand letters and other documents. We draw up statements of claim, statements of defence, appeals and other pleadings. In addition, we represent clients before the court, participating in hearings. We support clients at the stage of the implementation of the judgement by conducting enforcement proceedings before enforcement officers.

We are strong supporters of mediation, both at the pre-litigation stage and during the court proceedings. We have succeeded in ending many disputes with a good compromise in just a few months instead of litigating the case for several years.
