Conducting business without access to instant and pragmatic legal advice and information is very difficult or even impossible.

The Legal Hotline is Wiewiórski Legal’s answer to those needs.

What we do

Not every legal matter requires an extensive opinion or another elaborate document to be drafted or a large team meeting to be held. In order to eliminate legal risks, it is often sufficient to confirm your position with a lawyer or ask about the laws governing the matter in question or the best market practices in a given case.

The Legal Hotline is a service that ensures the constant availability of Wiewiórski Legal’s lawyers to the client on the basis of an agreed small monthly package of hours. As part of the Legal Hotline service, minor telephone and e-mail advice is given, queries raised by the employees of clients’ various departments are answered, and information on changes in the law relevant to the client in question is prepared. The scope of this service also includes drafting a short document. The Legal Hotline provides simpler and faster access to the specialist lawyers from each of our teams. Every query is answered by an expert in the relevant field.  

Thanks to the Legal Hotline, there is no need to prepare a cost estimate for a given service beforehand because it is carried out on the basis of a monthly limit. The client’s representative receives a quick answer to their question and makes a business decision on that basis or passes on the advice within the organisation.

We charge a fixed monthly fee for the Legal Hotline service, and the package of hours is billed quarterly to ensure that no hours that have been purchased are lost. 

The Legal Hotline is available in all of Wiewiórski Legal’s key areas of expertise. The client decides in advance in which areas the service should be provided and who within the client’s structure may submit queries.
