Who is the intended recipient of our services?

For 15 years, we have been advising clients from various industries (automotive, aviation, banking, retail chains, modern legal services centres, etc.) on matters concerning foreign nationals. Our services are intended primarily for employers who:

– are planning to employ foreigners or second their employees abroad
– want to increase the number of employed foreigners and do not have sufficient resources within their internal HR Departments
– need support for their internal specialists in the area of the legalisation of work and residence of foreigners
– second their employees to work in Poland

Verifying foreign employees’ documents and taking steps to legalise their employment without seeking appropriate advice and assistance entails a high risk for the client and liability of the HR Department staff. A violation of the applicable laws may result in a temporary prohibition to employ any foreign nationals and the liability of the Employer’s management team.
