International mobility

The process of legalising the employment of foreign nationals or seconding employees outside Poland does not have to be hard and stressful.

However, it must be based on a correct analysis of the foreigner’s legal status, selection of appropriate legalisation procedures, and knowledge of the practices of administrative authorities. Only then will it allow the business objectives to be effectively achieved.

What we do

We provide comprehensive services to employers in relation to:

– legalisation of employment and residence of foreign employees in Poland
secondment of employees (Polish and foreign) to work outside the territory of Poland
– all matters relating to cross-border work

Working with our partners from GBL Alliance, an international legal alliance, we are also able to offer legal assistance in the whole of Europe and major non-EU countries.

In addition, we cooperate with tax advisors and social security specialists, which enables us to provide a comprehensive range of legal, tax and social security-related services with respect to the secondment of employees.

Who is the intended recipient of our services?

For 15 years, we have been advising clients from various industries (automotive, aviation, banking, retail chains, modern legal services centres, etc.) on matters concerning foreign nationals. Our services are intended primarily for employers who:

– are planning to employ foreigners or second their employees abroad
want to increase the number of employed foreigners and do not have sufficient resources within their internal HR Departments
– need support for their internal specialists in the area of the legalisation of work and residence of foreigners
– second their employees to work in Poland

Benefits

Thanks to our advisory services, the client eliminates legal risks related to the violation of legislation on the employment of foreigners, and the HR Department employees can rely on professional support in the performance of their duties. Verifying foreign employees’ documents and taking steps to legalise their employment without seeking appropriate advice and assistance entails a high risk for the client and liability of the HR Department staff. A violation of the applicable laws may result in a temporary prohibition to employ any foreign nationals and the liability of the Employer’s management team.
