What we do
For more than 20 years, we have been a legal partner providing comprehensive support to organisations’ People & Culture teams in a range of industries, including BPO/SSC, IT, finance, manufacturing, aviation and retail chains.
We also assist the in-house legal departments of our clients in Poland and abroad with regard to employment law.
Our services include both daily support and specialised services relating to our clients’ HR projects. We respond to day-to-day queries, help clients carry out appropriate communication with their employees, and draw up template employment documents. We conduct HR audits, advise on transactions that have implications for employees, and act for clients in disputes with employees.
The documents we draft help to meet compliance and ESG requirements.
Working with our partners from GBL Alliance, an international legal alliance, we are also able to provide legal support in projects where a foreign law is the governing law, particularly in the field of international mobility and cross-border work.
