We recruit people at various stages of career development. Both those who are still studying or in their legal apprenticeship, as well as experienced specialists. However, we primarily focus on the “homegrown talent” model rather than transfers. That’s why for many years we have been a strategic partner of the European Law Students’ Association ELSA Wrocław and offer students the opportunity to complete internships with us. You can also get an internship with us by winning the Local Oratory Competition. This is how Alex Miśko began his journey with us, now an experienced associate.
We know that studies and legal apprenticeship are primarily a time for learning. We care about the development of our employees. Their education is our shared responsibility. That’s why we offer flexibility in setting work days and hours and excuse our employees from work for classes and exams. Experienced lawyers from our Firm serve as mentors and often act as patrons for apprentices. Maciej Jarecki was for many years a member of the Apprenticeship Commission of the Wrocław Bar Association and a lecturer in the apprenticeship program. Thanks to his experience, he supervises our interns and serves as a head-hunter for junior positions.
Our firm has the atmosphere of a modern advisory company supporting international business. We don’t have unnecessary pretentiousness, golden door handles, or excessive formality. We address each other by first names and treat each other collegially. There’s also no internal competition. Individual departments collaborate with each other to create the best possible product for the Client.
More experienced lawyers can count on our openness to developing new specializations and skills.
We are a stable and respected employer. We have been operating for 20 years. Our employees stay with us for many years and have the opportunity to develop their careers in our Firm. From intern to partner? Such stories have already happened at Wiewiórski Legal. Maybe the next one will be yours?
